Avi’s practice is focused primarily on corporate, commercial, high-tech and securities law. Avi advise public and private companies, institutional and private investors, investment banks and underwriters, private equity funds, venture capital funds, tech companies, startups and emerging companies, directors and officers, small business ventures, and individuals on all aspects of their operations, including formation, commercial transactions, capital markets, corporate finance and funding, equity compensation, crowdfunding, debt restructuring, mergers, acquisitions and regulatory compliance. Avi also represents clients in commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.

Before founding Nadler & Co., for nearly 6 years Avi was an attorney at Gross, Kleinhendler, Hodak, Halevy, Greenberg & Co. (GKH), one of Israel’s leading law firms.

Prior to joining GKH, Avi was an attorney at Dr. Jacob Weinroth & Co., Israel’s leading litigation boutique, where he gained unique experience in defending the prosecution of white-collar criminal offences and in all aspects of civil litigation.
